Welcome to Gwinnett Personal Care Homes. Gwinnett Personal Care Homes, a group of state-licensed personal care facilities serving the North Atlanta area, are conveniently located off Pleasant Hill and Cruse Roads off I-85 and 316. We offer seniors and/or disabled individuals quality residential services and 24/7 watchful care by trained professional caregivers.

Our residency level is set between four to fifteen so that we may provide a small family-style support setting and yet offer the freedom needed for the more independent resident in a non institutional setting. We contract with different agencies that help us with our residents, especially with their physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, mild wound care, diabetic checking, DME and hospice needs.

Each home has unique clients and each home setting specializes in their needs. Their unique activities enable the individuals to enhance both their physical and mental faculties. Our mission is to enhance the physical and spiritual wellness of our residents through our comprehensive and interactive programs.
