Dear  Friends,

We, the trustees and members of Gwinnett Personal Care Homes would like to introduce ourselves and the services that our organization provides.
Our Organization manages several personal care homes that provide residential and adult day care services for seniors with dementia and young adults with mental illness and/ or retardation. We cater to their living arrangements, meals and transportation to and from doctor appointments and other counseling programs. Our staff provides 24 hours care and supervision for the residents that include but are not limited to feeding, bathing, medication supervision, grooming, counseling and activities planning and support.
Our board of directors includes medical professionals like registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, psych counselors, dieticians and social worker.
Poor Mental Health seems to be the largest source of concern for our fast paced changing world and health professionals are very alarmed at the lack of facilities that can provide quality care and rehabilitation.
Most of the other personal care homes cater to a population who can afford to pay a large amount for quality services. Unfortunately there are many people in our community who need these services but can’t afford them due to their financial situation. So our organization tries to provide for them in spite of their financial limitations.
As we all know, good intentions need a lot of support for successful implementation.
